Modeling Policy

All models that must adhere to the following policy and guidelines to be considered for any
photo shoot or available offer. Infractions may result in forfeit of current or future offer.
Modifications and/or additions to the policy may occur at any time and it is the responsibility of
the model to adhere to the policy in full at any given time.

General Behavior
All models must adhere to local, state and federal laws at all times. Any action, depending on severity, may
result in immediate forfeit termination of any available offer including all compensation and services with each
offer.

Any drug or alcohol use on during photo shoot will result in immediate forfeit and termination of any available
offer and compensation.

At no time will models be allowed to initiate or participate in any activity that may result in injuries of themselves
or those around them. Any such behavior or actions will result in immediate forfeit and termination of any offer
or compensation.

All models are expected to represent themselves with reasonable levels of dignity at all times. Any requests to
do modeling work not previously discussed or approved such as, but not limited to, pornographic work, will
result in immediate forfeit and termination of any available offer or compensation. Pornographic or 'adult' work
will not be considered at any time.

Divulging private information of the photographer or another model to a third party without the express
permission of the photographer or that model will result in immediate forfeit and termination of any available
offer or compensation.

Any model, or parent guardian of the model, who leaves or requests to leave, a photo shoot earlier then the
agreed schedule time may result in immediate forfeit and termination of the available offer and compensation.
Early departure due to personal or family emergency are the exceptions.

Any verbal assaults against another person/party, including but not limited to photographer, model, makeup
artists, designer; will result in immediate forfeit and termination of any available offer or compensation.

Any physical assaults against another person/party, including but not limited to photographer, model, makeup
artist, designer; will result in immediate forfeit and termination of any available offer or compensation.

Initiating or engaging in any form of sexual acts during photo shoot breaks and/or rest periods will result in
immediate forfeit and termination of any available offer and compensation.

Cancellations and No shows

Any model who fails to appear at a shoot or appointment without any cancellation of minimum of 24 hours in
advance forfeits any and all offers or compensation and will be billed the full day rate. Absences due to sudden
illness, personal or family emergencies are the exceptions. Excessive absences will result in the model being
billed the full day rate for each missed shoot or appointment scheduled. Cancellations due to sudden illness,
family urgency or other sudden unforeseen circumstances, are the exceptions. Heavy traffic will not be seen as
an unforeseen circumstance since everyone is expected to allow for traffic delays unless otherwise caused by
extreme or harsh weather conditions (ie flood, tsunami, earthquake)

Departing a shoot earlier then the scheduled time quoted may be deemed a cancellation and may result in the
model forfeiting any compensation in full for early departure. Furthermore, early departure may result in
forfeiture of any other present or future offer.

Escorts
Though escorts are welcome to any/all photo shoots, any escort that violates any part of this policy may result
in immediate forfeit and termination of any available offer or compensation for the model. Escorts are welcome
as part of model safeguarding and support therefore the model is responsible for the behavior of any escort
that s/he requests to be present at any shoot.

Dress Code
Any model that provides clothes their own clothes that do not adhere to dress code restrictions may result in
immediate forfeit and termination of any available offer or compensation. Such violations include, but not limited
to: 'stripper' attire, g-string or 'barely there' swimsuit attire, 'adult' or pornographically explicit attire.

Minor models, and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s), are expected to adhere to this policy in
conjunction with the Minor Model Policy at this link.
