| Minor Model Policy |
| All models that are 17 years old and younger must adhere to the following policy, rules, guidelines and restrictions to be considered for any photo shoot or available offer. Modifications and/or additions to this policy may occur at any time and it is the responsibility of the model and parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to adhere to the policy in full at any given time. |
All minor models must have parent or legal guardian consent prior to any photo shoot. Parental or legal guardian consent is
viable only by signature on consent form before any photo shoots may begin.
All minor models who fill out casting call form must do so only with parental consent.
Parent or legal guardian must be present at any/all shoots or other parental/guardian approved chaperone of at least 18
years of age*
Any Casting Call form submission of a minor model that does not have parent/guardian contact information will be immediately
deleted. Parent contact information is necessary to verify approval and consent before any photo shoots can commence.
Any model who attempts to falsify parental consent in any way will immediately forfeit any and all available offers.
An 18 year old relative or friend contact information cannot be submitted as parent/guardian unless documentation can be
provided that person is legal guardian of the minor model.
Under no conditions will any minor model be allowed to model any type of modeling that is intended for older, mature models
that are 18 and older such as but not limited to underwear, lingerie, or artistic modeling.
All minor models and parent/guardian of the minor model are expected to adhere to state and local laws that limit or effect
types or time length of modeling for minors. State laws are identified as any applicable laws within the state of California. Any
additional local applicable laws are identified as any laws within local jurisdiction of county and city of the model's legal
residence or the county and city laws where any photo shoot(s) are commenced.
Any minor model, or parent/guardian of, that attempts to violate this agreement or applicable state, county, and city laws will
be asked to immediately vacate and may result in the model being permanently ineligible for any further consideration.
Minor models, and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) are also expect to adhere to general modeling policy in conjunction with
the minor model policy.
*chaperone must be listed on parent/guardian consent form before any photo shoots commence where chaperone will take place of the parent(s)/guardian(s) to
safeguard the model
